tread run's when power is turned on

When power switch is turned on tread mill run's full speed and none of the contorls work or do anything . The only way to stop it is turn off the power switch. What should I be looking at to fix this problem.

    I have checked all the plugs they are conected. The control panel does not light up untill the reed switch is pluged in. Ihave even tried pluging in the reed switch befor turning on the power switch control still does not control just lights up. Thank You in advance for any information anyone can offer.

  • Mine does the same thing

    I hope someone can answer this. MIne doesn't even need the safety key inserted. As soon as you turn on the switch it starts running full blast and won't stop.
