Exercise Manual

I am looking for the exercise manual for this home gym. I have the user/assembly manual but now I need a picture/step by step exercise guide.

  • excercises for Gold's gym PowerFlex

    There use to be a exercise list with pictures on the web but it is no longer there.

    But the exercises in the bowflex powerpro manual are all pretty much the same for the power flex. Take a look at this manual and then look at your power flex and you will see that it can do the same stuff.     Gold's Gym Power Flex Exercises 70+

    I found my copy of the chart with the pictures and excercises for the Power Flex. I posted it here:
    http://home.comcast.net/~svwilbur/powerflex.html a copy of the full sheet and then blow-ups of each excercise type.
