treadmill not working

Evidently I folded the machine up with the incline set at 1.0 and when I try to turn it on it just keeps adding to the incline and will not stop - I have unpluged it and that did not work - no other buttons I push respond

    Never folded mine and this morning it's doing the same thing? Did you ever get it resolved? How?

    I emailed customer service about this problem and received a prompt reply which solved the issue for me. www.workoutwarehouse.com
    I had to press stop and speed up while inserting the magnetic key to enter "calibration mode" then scroll through that mode to re-calibrate the incline. After I did that my treadmill is working normally again.

    I found the solution in the user manual. I had to let the incline continue to increase to the max then it decreased back to zero.
