Actually, I'm trying to fix it. It runs, but seems to slow down and then speed up...it's been sitting in my basement for about 10 years, unused, and may just need to be cleaned up. I've put the lubricant on board under the belt, but it doesn't seem to be related to that - it sounds like something is going on with the motor.
