  I have a parabody 425 machine that i purchased new about 10 years ago. I moved but lost the manual and wall poster. Where can I get one/? Thanks Tim

  leg lift operation
  I tried using a Parabody 425 home gym that has no manual. How does the leg lift work? The tension is really tight. Is there an adjustment? or does it have a locking device that prevents the use of it?
