  Horizon Fitness QUANTUM II Treadmill
  The treadmill starts up Ok but when you start running on it, it gets jerky. When you foot hits the treadmill it momentarily reduced speed. i dont think it is slipping as I have tightened the belt significantly.
  Should I grease or lubricate the running deck underneath the belt?
