  I can't adjust the tension. The tension controller moves, but the tension stays the same ..... hard. I can't make it easier.

  changing the batteries
  I have a health rider exercise bike model cc125. The electronic panel no longer lights
  up. I think the batteries need changing but cannot find a way to get into the panel. Thanks for your help.

  How do you change the batteries... the screen is blue.
