No Power when plugged in
When we plugged in our tredmill the lights came on and now the lights won't come on at all and their is no power in the tredmill. Tested plug in and it is good. Any suggestions?

missing parts
a lot of the parts are missing. I picked it up at Walmart noticed it had been taped shut on the end. got it home opened it and there was empty plastic wrap inside when I tried to asymble it there were major parts gone. I cannot procede until I get all the parts.

trainer 550 not working
When I attach the key to use the treadmill, all it does it continuously raise the incline all the way up and then all the way down.

Batteries
This thing is going through batteries like CRAZY!!! I see that there is a place to plug in a power cord, but I don't see anything in the user's manual about what type of cord to use. Can you help?

Console repair
After accidently connecting the wrong ac/dc adapter, the console is acting flakey. Put new batteries in it and the console comes alive and their is a constant ticking (matches heartbeat) and it will not turn off unless i remove the batteries.
where can i get the console module fixed?

treadmill not working
Evidently I folded the machine up with the incline set at 1.0 and when I try to turn it on it just keeps adding to the incline and will not stop - I have unpluged it and that did not work - no other buttons I push respond

Cables stick - no smooth motion range
Can you lubricate the cables to it flows smoother? If I pull down it doesn't feed back thru - jerky.

Pulley system issue
Butterfly and high cables don't work with less than fifty pounds of weight - weights simply stay suspended.

squeaks
My elliptical is making lots of noise. It's a low-pitched squeak that matches the RPMs. I've tried WD40 on the joints with no success. Any ideas?
